libvm68k version 1 is the first generation of the libvm68k implementation. It was written in classic C++ to the point where most M68000 instructions can be executed. It focused more on performance on the average personal computers at the time of production than on clean design. It was then abandoned due to the lack of the author’s writing time and the remarkable performance improvement of personal computers.
