Removed All Files From SourceForge
I have just removed all the files uploaded to SourceForge. You can still download the same files from the Downloads page of the source code repository on Bitbucket, though they are not organized well, or you can buy a latest copy at Sellfy to make a financial contribution to this project instead of donating.
LLMNR Responder Now Available On QNAP Turbo NAS
As noticed before, xllmnrd for QNAP Turbo NAS is now released at the QNAP forum. Please take a look at http://forum.qnap.com/viewtopic.php?f=320&t=101408.
LLMNR Responder Is Coming to QNAP Turbo NAS
I made an pre-alpha test package of xllmnrd for QNAP Turbo NAS, although it does not do any real work yet If you have an ARM-based Turbo NAS (excluding TS-109/209/409), you can join the alpha test now.
Note: you will have to enable IPv6 on the Network page in the System Settings section of the Control Panel.

Plan For xllmnrd 3.0
(This post is a reproduction from Change(b)Log.)
As you may know, xllmnrd 2.0 is out now. The next version will be 3.0 and there are several issues I could work on before making a new release, for instance:
- New option to specify the user xllmnrd operates with (issue #31).
- Proper response to A queries (issue #23).
- Removal of the number limit of interfaces (issue #45).
Some of these issues may be in version 3.0 and others may not. So, I would like to know which issue is more important than others to you? I will try to work on the issues that get more votes.
If you have a Bitbucket account, please vote for the issues that are important to you.
Moving Away From Google Sites
The xllmnrd Project site has been moved away from Google Sites to its own server. I expect several more changes will follow soon.
Work On xllmnrd Will Slow Down
(This post is a reproduction from Change(b)Log.)
After the beta release of xllmnrd, it appears that fewer people are really interested in xllmnrd or an open-source LLMNR responder implementation on GNU/Linux than I expected. Although we have still many issues to complete the planned features, I could not use so much time for xllmnrd as before unless we would gain more interests in it. So the work on xllmnrd will for a while slow down so that I can work on other projects as well. If you see xllmnrd is interesting or looks useful for you, please let me know so that I can help you solve your problem sooner.
New Feature For PID File Landed
(This post is a reproduction from Change(b)Log.)
A new feature that adds an option to specify a pid file has landed on the default branch. It will make it easier to write an init script.
